  • I like 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 piece of turkey sausage and a half cup Greek yogurt plain. I do touch up the yogurt using 2 packs of truvia and a few drops of real vanilla flavoring. Lots of protein to stick to the ribs. i am also finding that eating 5 small meals a day keeps me from cheating and I carry a bottle of water…
