Thank You! I wanted to ask your question, but was afraid that I would come across as though i had a drinking problem. I have the same problem with my house being the sports house and all the guys always bringing over beer. Nice to know it's not just me. :drinker:

The evening primrose really does help! I found an omega 3 oil with primrose and take that daily. not only does it help your skin look great, it helps with pms.:smile: As for the night feeding, what helps me is drinking something warm.
