Pretty sure I haven't lost a thing this week. I've doubled my goal exercise, so that's great and I've stayed within my calories, it's just that the food I've eaten hasn't been great. I have 3 meals a day and 2, sometimes 3 snacks. My snacks are usually low fat yoghurt, fruit or nuts. Recently I've taken to having a scrambled egg and toast with a sliced tomato for lunch. It really keeps me full until dinner time! :smile:

I think so too and I'm glad you brought it up! I have 68lbs to lose, which at the start seemed huge. Everyone would ask me how I stay motivated. I just think to myself, when I reach my goal weight I'm gonna be able to say I lost nearly 70lbs! Those words will taste so sweet coming out of my mouth! It's worth it! :laugh:

Congats! That's amazing! I've been on for over 2 months and lost 8.4lbs...my body seems really stubborn!:laugh: lol It seems to be picking up the pace now though so its all good.

I'm not a sad mommy...but I thought I would comment because you said your daughter was diagnosed with autism. My brother has autism, he's 16 now, and my mother, like you left work when he was diagnosed. In his case that wasn't until he was 7 years old and found it difficult to string a sentence together or pronounce words…

So proud of my little victories! I walked to the shop last night to get a loaf of bread for my Mum, then this morning, there was no milk, so I walked again! It's not far, 15mins walk away but that adds up to 60mins walking total which I never would have done without this challenge! Left my car sitting in the driveway.…

Are you wanting to lose 1lb or 2lbs per week? I'm 209.6lbs and my limit is 1420? I try to clean as quickly as possible, as if a guest is coming and I have to have the entire house spotless in a limited amount of time lol. And I always clean on my rest days as light exercise. :)
