I've never done Crossfit, but I do consider myself a powerlifter in training - hoping to compete in the fall. I definitely see the appeal of Crossfit, just not right now. What is your definition of overall fitness? And of "serious" progression? Increasing weight moved in the big three lifts? Jumping higher? Running faster?…
