I started running by just trying to run a mile. I didn't follow any program, just kept aiming to do an easier, and ultimately faster, mile every other day in the beginning. Then I extended it to two, and then three. It's been six months and I can run 5k in 28:40, and a mile in 8:10, the latter of which is about three…

I only use lower resistance to warm up, and then I cycle up and down from mid to highest load, trying…

The first image is me at around 11½ stone back in 2011. I fluctuated around this weight, hitting nearly 12 stone at times, until last summer (2013) when I lost a stone whilst attending Slimming World. I then lost a further half a stone using MFP, getting down to 10 stone earlier in the year. During this summer (break from…

This is my aim, as I can't remember the last day I was under, until yesterday. I've been stressed and comfort eating, and then had my birthday which involved a LOT of chocolate. I've decided to give up chocolate for a year for charity (and myself) so I'm hoping the fact I'm doing it for a good cause, rather than just…
