You look great! Super results. Isn't it fun to see the change!?!?! How motivating! I bought the Extreme Shed and Shred - and it is killer. BUT, I feel great and it is working. Good luck and keep at it!

I just bought the Extreme Shred and Shed... and did it yesterday for the second time. I'll do mine along with you! WOW am I in pain today! BUT.. feel great. I'll mix it up with running, yoga, pilates and Body Attack. Good luck!!! Jillian is killer, but it works!!
