these two are definitely a personal preference. I burn more calories when I do turbofire because of the length and its cardio heavy, however I don't find myself getting stronger like I did with T25. At the end of the day turbofire has been better because I actually like doing the workouts even though 90 days is taking…

circuit training is a good way to log it I now have a hrm and it the calories were very close  I agree with everyone's suggestions to listen to your body and if you do it every other day just do a different workout on the other days that way you won't get bored and lose motivation.

On Comcast under sports & fitness you will find the channel. It's all FIT TV videos so no "name brand" videos like on Exercise TV. No Jillian or Leslie Sansone to walk with :( I've done the kickboxing and the 15 minute cardio that made me feel like I was about to die, lol. So it's not bad just not the usual

Nice work I am just getting there myself and my daughter is 15 months so you are definitely a ROCK STAR in my book

I'm a turkey blt lover using sandwich thins and spinach as substitutes but it so does the job of being filling and not feeling deprived.

This is so much harder then the last 2 challenges. wishing everyone luck on this as for me I'm shooting for the veggies and fruit and stuck on a second one to pick. No fast food is a great one but I don't want to cook on the weekends, lol. Laziness gets me every time.

Tried the workout on Tuesday and I made it through 3 rounds. Doing it again tomorrow morning hoping to make it to 500. The no scale is harder then I thought. I have one in each bathroom and the one at the gym that I pass by everyday and it's like my body automatically wants to step on it. Especially when I have good days…

WTG on the size 14s and glad you have that to use as a measuring pole, by the time this over they will most likely be baggy  . I keep passing the scale at home and in the gym and have to fight the automatic reaction to step on and take a peek.

I've been doing veggie burgers on thin select bread with the special k cracker chips. It's usually around 350 calories and I don't feel deprived.

what about one day no meat or add some pushups to our daily routines? I like keeping that 3000 calorie burn. I underestimated it last week, lol
