1. What made you join this DietBet 10? I'd never done one of these before and I like accountability and motivation, so here I am. 2. Where do you live? Have you lived there all of your life? I like in Oak Harbor, Washington, on beautiful Whidbey island. I've been here less than three months. I was in San Jose, California…

That's awesome, I hope you reach your goal weight during this DietBet! The 10% Will bring me just under half way to my goal. Not sure where you are but it's best with a mexican chili powder called pico de gallo. Might be too much work to track down for tonight, but if you ever come…

I enjoy gin with seltzer water and lime. Less calories than vodka (at least the gin I had was less calories than my favorite vodka).

Maybe, at the party, think of how great you'll feel tomorrow if you don't have that cookie tonight. Sometimes thinking about the future when faced with those temptations can be a great motivator!

I agree that it is hard to try to eat right at work. It feels like every day someone has donuts or bagels they want to share. I do the best I can to turn things down. The worst is when I say that I'm trying to eat healthy and they act as if eating a donut or a big fat cookie won't derail my progress. I think that reaction…
