Awesome! I just join the group :) I actually started today..first cd chest & Back. It was intense :0 but kept pushing myself to do more and not stop. Hopefully in the end of this P90X Journey Im able to do some decent pushups lol..Ill start Monday again with everyone in this group :)

I love my small waist and Ill love my arms even more when I finally get some muscle :) , my back side its not huge but its not flat neither.

I have 3 more pounds to lose so I almost to my goal weight but now I need some serious toning and muscle because Im flabby from my stomach and my arms need some toning as well. So thats my new goal tone and muscle. Probably going to start 30 day shred also :)

Sometimes I will have two boiled eggs, yogurt w/ fruit. Or oatmeal with sliced banana and some toast (1) with sugar free strawberry jelly.

I have 1 tattoo that I got when I was younger. And now I will like to get my last name..like some Falcon wings and right between each wing have my last name Falcon. idk So if anyone has any ideas, I will love to know what they are :)

Im 31, 5'4 I used to be 150 my goal weight was 140..so I reach my goal weight :) Now my current weight is 137 ...My new goal weight is 130

The one I buy is Sara Lee Healthy Multi- Grain ..its 90 cal. a slice so just have one. I recently just got Sara Lee Thin Style Buns 100% Whole Wheat. Thats 100 calories

I started the 17 day diet after Thanks Giving last year Im currently in cycle 4..so far I lost 13 pounds. I could of lost more but I cheated once in a while.
