Yea - I've been doing this website for about a month now and lost one lousy pound. That's why I started hunting other websites to see if I was getting enough calories. But I didn't like the calorie tracking on any other website...so I just stuck with this one. Seems to be working for everyone else though! :laugh:

This is going to sound like a stupid question at first, but hear me out. What should I really be tracking as 'exercise?' You can add your own customized exercise just about the same as adding a food. Just click on the 'exercise' tab...then 'add exercise'...then 'enter an exercise not listed'.
