Most alcohol has a LOT of calories! Such a bummer. And calories are calories, so they still count as part of your limit even though they're empty. I think for some people it's the rush. The fact that they're sneaking around and they know what they're doing is wrong...I'm sure that's appealing to some personality types. Just recently found out that I shouldn't allow myself "cheat days". Too easy to get used to it, start back with calorie counting on monday, ect. Basically going back to the way I ate before mfp. I think it just depends on the person. Great idea for some people, not so good for others.

On a good day about 2 Liters. Usually a little less than that though. I really need to start drinking more.

i weigh myself everyday. I only log my weight on here once I go down a couple pounds that I know I won't likely gain back.

This seems like one of those posts where OP obviously just wants people to respond. What do you care? Worry about yourself. What other people think has nothing to do with you.... I really don't see the point in these types of threads other than wanting attention/ getting people all worked up over something stupid.

I've been thinking about doing this. But at the same time, if your goal is to have a lifestyle change you gotta be willing to give up bread forever or have it every once in a while, in moderation etc. I like bread too much to give it up.

No soda. I do have a Red Bull total zero....maybe once or twice a week. But that's nothing new, so I'm not sure if that would change anything.

Not really. He would have to be supportive of me and my lifestyle, but he could do whatever he want. It's a personal choice and it would not affect me in terms of having a relationship with someone.
