That makes sense to me. Not only your body, but your mind too. I think it takes a while to adjust your way of thinking along with your habits. I don't know about a specific time frame, I'm sure it varies between people, but still. Sounds reasonable.

That is awesome!! Congrats on your loss! I'm noticing that pant sizes are taking a while to change. I've lost around 30 so far and I've gone down 1 size (or 2. My body shape is better for odd numbers so I go by that) and that's in certain pants. In others I can still wear my old size. I think it all just depends on where…
