I think it does. When I get enough sleep, I'm able to think clearly about the next day. This helps with making good choices, food and exercise wise. If I don't sleep enough, I get tired and sluggish and slack off. That being said, I really need to aim for a couple more hours a night. I get on average....probably 6 hours.…

Mine actually hasn't changed much. Cut WAY back on the Redbull though. I used to have 1-2 a day. Now I have one every few weeks or when I feel the need. Sometimes water, gatorade, diet soda. Meh.

I'm only buying for my parents this year & I don't have a lot of money to spend. Probably a $100 or so each. Trying to downplay the gift giving this year. I think it should be more about family time.

For me, cardio is doing the trick! I've lost weight before by cutting calories, but I noticed the "jiggly stuff" then. Now, I'm hitting the gym 2-5 times a week (depending ha) and it helps a lot. Just been doing the elliptical and treadmil, and that managed to tone my legs well, tighten my stomach and arms. I'm a little…

I never really thought about this. The best option seems to get rid of them though. That way you can't say 'welll...I still have those pants if I can a few.' It's more like 'I can't gain back the weight or I'll have nothing to wear!'
