As far as cost comparison, I have been doing some research lately for myself on different meal replacement add in's (for lack of a better term because as some one else mentioned it is not a true protein shake) and really it seems like when you do the math for the servings per container and such it all adds up to be around…

Maybe just the classic 80's style leg lifts (on stomach, back, and on side inner and outer thighs) for upper and calf raises for lower? Thats what I had to do after my knee surgery so It can't be bad for your knee right?

Weigh in.... 1.3 pounds gained.... say what/?! CW 287.7 this is a challenge to gain weight right. lol I did measure though last night and it looks like I lost about a half ink- inch in my hips and waist so I don't know. At least I will have a nice food diary to show the doctor if the time comes. ;)
