So, let me ask...if you get one, and you're sitting at your desk (not walking or dancing or climbing steps, etc) then does it record your arm movements as walking? The smell. I work in a sawmill and there are men that work here that do not bathe on a regular basis.....or at all (according to the green cloud they leave behind)! Luckily, I can ocassionally close my office door to seek refuge. And light a candle!

Maytag Chips from the Irish Bred Pub - homemade chips piled with bleu cheese crumbles, real bacon pieces, chopped scallions, drizzled in sour cream/mayo mixture. Make you slap yo mamma!!! So good!!! I am a newbie too. I will make my goal 50 miles. Question: If we find we are on pace to ridiculously exceed our goal (such as biking instead of walking/running) can we adjust our goal later in the month, or do we just say we met/exceeded that month's goal? Thank you! This is great!

You definitely should get yourself a dehydrator. Makes jerky sooo much less expensive. And you can have the grocery store meat department slice up your roast (or whatever you choose to jerk-ify). You can control the sodium with your own recipes as well. But, the dehydrator is good for so much more....like dried fruit!!!…

I love love love beer! Good beer! But, I have learned I have to alternate each beer with water. Cuts down on my beer consumption, and helps out my wallet. Also gets me more exercise in, as I have to go to the ladies room more often with the water. Haha!

Spread a little mayonaisse on a cracker (a saltine, or anything that you have on hand). Top with a slice of avocado. Squirt some lemon juice and worchestershire sauce on. Pop in mouth. Share with friends! Repeat! Enjoy!!!

I think a child that young does need a nap, but just make sure he's not taking a 5 hour nap in the afternoons. I would suggest no more than one hour, and no later than right after lunch. Try putting him to bed just before 8 p.m., after a soothing and relaxing bedtime ritual (bath, snuggle, story, song, etc.) and get him up…

Any flavor container of yogurt, with pretzels crushed on top. The pretzels satisy the salty/crunchy need, while the yogurt satisfies the sweet/creamy need. Yummo!

My bariatric doctor once told me the same. Eat like a King at breakfast, a queen at lunch, and a pauper at dinner. Not always easy to do with small children.
