You are doing great! I was always told if you want to get lean...you must eat lean. Research what foods cause the most belly fat.

It's hard for me to have a 150 calorie smoothie because my protein powder is 120 calories and flaxseed is 35 calories. I need these supplements to keep me satisfied from meal to meal.

I use the recipes from the 10 day green smoothie cleanse.

I weigh myself every morning. I don't let it get me down because my clothes fit me so nicely. When I don't drink enough the water, the scale is higher in the morning.

Sometimes my period controls my workouts! The flow dictates if I will vigorously strength train or take a leisure walk. :#

I prefer Jasmine rice--it is great! I can only stomach brown rice if I sautee it with chicken and veggies.

I wish I could say that I weigh weekly - but I'd be lying!! I weigh myself every morning and I know I shouldn't. But it has actually helped me stay on track!!!

Good job--vacations are fun but they can temporarily kill your routine. I had a similar situation when I went home to Philadelphia and ate chicken cheesesteaks everyday for a week!!! I can't lie--I will eat one (or 3) when I visit this year because I can't get food like that in TEXAS! lol

I always check the scan against what the package says. All of my meat and veggies have the bar code on it--which makes life super easy.

Food prep is ESSENTIAL. If you have good food ready at all times, you will EAT IT. I had to learn that the hard way but it absolutely works. Log everything that you eat and I mean everything! Log all of your exercises too! I even log when I clean my house. It all adds up!! When you can see your numbers it increases your…

You should try scanning your food--works much better that way. I never select from the database unless that is my only option. I create my own meals which is MUCH better. That way you know you are selecting the right food every time.

I don't eat 1200 calories every day--maybe once a week. I regularly get 1500 - 1700 per day depending on my workout schedule. If you don't plan to eat 1200 calories a day for the rest of your life, I would suggest you increase it just a little bit. How many calories do you burn a day?

My body reacts nicely to resistance training--therefore it is a MUST!! But I also love cardio too and I try to get at least 15 minutes every day. Next week I will start lifting a little heavier to see how my body feels.

I have DD's and I run just fine--I invested in a GREAT sports bra! When you have big boobies--you may want to consider using a sports bra with an underwire. It definitely works for me.
