I got my 15 year old daughter to do them with me tonight, she kept up with me at 13-14 jj's per 10 sec but admitted they were a little harder than she expected. I also got an extra work out on my walk tonight. My 22 lb dog started limping and I carried him home (about 20min.)

I did mine last night but I didnot warm up first. Big mistake my right ankle is a little stiff and painful today. I'm still at 13per 10sec.

I did 2 sets today!!! and did a 10 minute jog this pm. My right ankle is bothering me. I hope i didn't over do it. I knew we were having chinese for dinner so I needed to burn alot of extra calories. Good luck everybody and keep up the good work!!

Just finished day 4...today was much better than yesterday!! I increased from 10-11 to a solid 13 each round...Yah:happy: I have some of the girls at work trying this because they don't believe that you can get a work out that makes all of your muscles hurt from jumping jacks. Their first day is today, I'm anxious to hear…

Just finished day 3... today seemed a little harder to keep up, but I did just come in from a fast paced 30 minute walk. Im suprised but bad knee is doing ok.

Day 2 done!! I'm suprised at some of the parts of my body that feel the pain. I expected legs to hurt but did not expect the upper back muscles to feel so overworked. Good luck to all.:flowerforyou:

Just finished!! According to my calorie counter I burnt 160 calories in that 10 minutes. I got about 10-13 jacks per 10 seconds. Definitely a work out! Knee is throbbing:frown: but I'll keep trying.

I'm 5' 3.5" ( yes I count the half inch) Starting weight 180 November 10,2011 169 now Short term goals: 160 by my birthday in 4 weeks 140 by boating season (June 2012) Ultimate goal 125-130 by this time next year!!
