It is one of the…

I ran in it about 12 years ago when it was first organized and have thought about it several years now but I've been plaqued with some injuries. Now that I've lost 35 lbs I have also lost some of the aches and pains. I walk…

  • You do burn calories, but sex is not a true "work out". It does not replace a cardio exercise. Here is a web site that has a calorie burning calculator http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc. You can then create your own exercise under exercise tab, and then click my exercise, and click create exercise. Name it what you…

  • When I ask my husband what he would like for dinner his answer is "Meat and potatos and one had better be fried!" He started loosing wt shortly after I started and he has lost more than me without working at it. He eats a low fat breakfast and lunch(not healthy just lower in fat) eats what he wants for dinner, doesn't…
  • Instead of cutting your calories below 1200 over the next few days to make up for one day of indulgence it would be better to increase your exersise. It is very difficult to get your daily nutrients if you drop below 1200 cal.per day. If I go over on calories or if I want to go out to dinner I increase my work out so that…
  • I cannot do jjs for awhile. What ever I did to my ankle is not healing well and I do not want to give up walking so I need to give up the jjs:sad: Good luck to everybody. Keep up the good work!!!!!
  • I could not do them last night. My right ankle/foot is swelling and hurts. I'm not giving up, but I think I need to give it a rest. I spent 6wks in a walking boot last summer due to a bad sprain and I don't want to be put in that thing again. Maybe tonight but I'm doubtful.
  • Sorry to hear about your fall. Hope the tail bone is feeling better.:flowerforyou: The jj's are easier now but because of this stupid ankle I cannot do more than 10 per 10. I was up to 15 per 10 update: 12/25/11 wt 167.2 01/7/12 wt 162.8
  • Still doing them...just a little slower, can't seem to get this ankle feeling better. Moment of truth is tomorrow when I weigh in!!!
  • 11:39pm just finished. Wasn't going to do them because of a sore ankle. got ready for bed and just couldn't do it...had to do the jj's. Now I can go to bed. Sweet dreams to all.
