Is your trainer educated in nutrition? If so, I'd do what he/she said and eat around 1700.
-
Agreed. If you ask for help, make sure that people have enough information to help.
-
Obviously not.

Talk to your doctor.

If it makes you feel like crap, you're doing it wrong.
-
And clearly you know the risks, so by eating anything GMO you accept those risks. Looks like you've surrendered your ability to win a lawsuit even if you did have the right to file one.

People with these conditions drink water and breathe air. So water and air are linked to: Acne Arthritis Asthma Autism Breast Cancer Colon Cancer Constipation Cramps Depression Diabetes Diarrhea Ear Infections Eczema Emphysema Headaches High Cholesterol Hyperactivity Increased mucus AND YES OSTEOPOROSIS

Baby don't hurt me!

Seems like you already knew the answer to your question. As a general rule, there are no general rules when it comes to weight loss. If it works for you, then work it!
-
I agree. Why buy/make something, then do a bunch of doctoring. Just start with something that has lower sodium to begin with.

You decide the ratios in your settings.

AWESOME!!!

I'll give 50 a go. That was my goal for February, but then it got all snowmageddon and that ended up not panning out. March should be a little easier - plus we get an extra 3 days.

Wow. Lots of great words of advice. Thanks everyone.

Awesome!

Skip the paper towel. Just make a bigger batch and then just eat all of the pizza rolls and make a smoothie with the remaining oil so that you don't have to worry about weighing/measuring it post-fry. Don't worry about the massive amount of calories that will end up being. It will average out in the next year or so.

It's amazing to pick something up that weighs as much as you've lost and wonder how you ever managed with that weight constantly on your body. Case in point, I was at my sister-in-law's house just a few weeks ago and was taking my 3-year-old out for a walk. He weighs right around 3 pounds, which is pretty much exactly what…
-
As for me, I may jump on the scale midweek just to get an idea of what's going on, but my 'official' weigh in is Monday mornings, shorts only, right after I take care of my business.
-
Just be consistent.
-
Amazing! Keep it up and I am sure that you will meet all of those goals, even if it IS years down the road.
-
Not gay, sorry. That's a no.
-
That's a super healthy rate to lose weight. It might be difficult depending on your starting weight, but 1.4 lbs a week isn't generally unhealthy. Good luck!
-
I don't, but mainly because I'm mostly concerned with watching my calorie intake and the general balance of the three macros. Don't pay too much attention to all of the micro stuff. I suppose in a perfect world I should, but at 315, anything is better than nothing.
-
Agree. Modify as needed and don't feel like you have to meet an apps standards for progress. That's a recipe for injury and/or failure.

I looked through some of your diaries and didn't see those waffles logged. Tsk tsk.

Very nice. We started out at basically the same weight. Great two see a big guy like myself staying strong and losing it. Hope you make it to your next goal! Keep it up!
