I know how you feel. I started MFP in earnest when I was at 350 (had been as high as 360) and lost 90-ish pounds in about 10 months. Then life got cray hectic and next thing I knew it was two years later and I was back up to 315. Back on track now and have lost 20 pounds. I don't have good financially-feasible access to a…

Ham and eggs. Just make sure the ham is relatively lean. Or low-fat/fat-free cottage cheese. As others have said, you may have to ditch the 'breakfast food' concept.

Being fat is hard. Maintaining is hard. Being fit is hard. CHOOSE. YOUR. HARD.

Some guy in Knoxville, TN hollered at me from his car on a busy street bordering University of Tennessee about 3 miles through a 6-mile run. His sage advice: "Lose some weight, Fatty!" I think about that a lot. Makes me laugh, lik WTF do you think I'm doing running up this ridiculous hill...

I don't believe there is actually any difference between the two except that one is already cold when you buy it.

Unsweetened, vanilla or plain, Blue Diamond or Silk...all 30-35 calories per cup and delicious. Great on cereal!!

Definitely in the same boat here. Add to get out the drill and put a new hole in my day-to-day belt. It just wasn't helping keep my pants on. I think it was a 48" max and I now have it holed for about 42". Crazy. Also, my workout shorts are getting to the point where the drawstring can't even pull tight enough to really…

I'm in the same place. Unfortunately, ALL of my non-workout bottoms require a belt...which doesn't currently help the problem. Gotta punch some holes, I suppose.

A better question would be "how often am I not?" Seriously, I've been shrinking out from under my clothes like crazy. It's getting a little ridiculous.

I really need to quit the soda again. Gave it up for lent and did fine. Felt tons better. Then the 'zero calorie' crap was sitting around the house and I caved and it's crept back in a bit. Not nearly as much as it had been, but it's back a bit. Ugh.

I've now lost an Irish Setter. Wow.

Wow. I thought this group was completely dead. Glad to see that a few people are still around.

This. We actually got new wedding bands before our 5th anniversary and the size was maybe just a hair bigger, but it was a little loose on my ring finger, so I've been wearing it on my middle finger until we can get it re-sized. Since then, I absolutely CAN'T wear it on my ring finger. It just plain won't stay on.

Best loss between March and now....the Padres shirt. In all seriousness, though, great job! And I can see a bit of difference in the last two pictures. Every little bit helps.

Lookin' good! Slow and steady is the way to go. Remember, you want to make changes that you can stick with long-term. You're doing great!

Had a medium order of fries from McD's yesterday. Probably the worst thing in a while. Greasy and totally not filling.

Lookin' so good, Peter Griffin is in the background losing his top.

I don't eat it. Simple enough.

Must be diagnosed as a legitimate medical condition (not just 'gluten-free is healthier' and I would imagine you should probably have your receipts saved somewhere in case you get audited.

My sister found a color run and my family went out and did it. From that point on I was determined to not feel like I was going to die doing something that loads of other people can do in 20 minutes with no problem. And now I'm hooked!

1. Being between weights on the machines at the gym. 2. Being between sizes. (2x is too small, 3x is too big)

And yet you clearly still use your scale...

Don't mess around with stuff like that. Follow your doctor's orders.
