Im in! Going to the gym after work and gonna do 30 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of weight training and I think the crunches will be great! thanks for the challenge. I will repost later tonight or in the am. Thanks!

You are an inspiration to me :-) I've been at walmart now 3 times looking at video's ...I know now I need to get the 30 day shred...thanks for the pics and the encouragement! It may be what gets me out of my 15 year slump..:-)
