I have just discovered these this week and think they're brilliant! I'm just doing the beginners total body workout which I'm finding a lot more challenging than I thought I would! :) Going to stick with that one for a week or two and then step it up to the other ones. :)

I'm following Stronglifts 5x5. And I'm starting to see some lovely tricep definition for the first time in my life. Its a great, straightforward program, but I'd say you need to start lifting weights to get what you want. Love to see similar minded women on here who want bigger muscles! :smile:
