Hi, If you search under Tesco skimmed milk, it has it in ml. 1 pint = 473ml.

I started walking last week on a daily basis and am really enjoying it. Count me in. Today I'll be doing a 2.6 mile walk and am aiming to beat the 36 mins I did it in last time.

Thanks for this! I did Stronglifts last year but didn't stick with it long enough. I've just started it up again last week and am determined to keep going this time round. Posts like this really help!

I'd very much appreciate some tips on diet to get to this goal!

Look up Stronglifts 5x5. I did it for a while and have just started it up again, it's brilliant for building strength and lifting heavy in a speedy but sensible way. :)

Love this!!! * *will start doing this straight away!

Aaahhh, yes I have this same affair going on in my life ;) If its white or rose wine you drink then try mixing it with diet lemonade, halves the calories straight away...though obviously this doesn't work with red wine, which naturally is my favourite!

Some of these posts have been pure genius! Thanks for the giggles!

Another one here from Northern Ireland. Need all the help I can get!! :)

Couldn't agree more with Dee_84! Roasted carrots are yummy! Especially if you cut them lengthways (like giant chips) and leave them in long enough so the edges start to turn a bit black. :)

I'm away with work for a few days from tomorrow but will get started on this as soon as I'm back. Only ever heard great things about this workout program. :)
-
Love it!!! Hahaha. :)

Indeed. You didn't put it on in a week, you ain't going to lose it in a week either. Patience my pretty, it'll shift if you stick at it. Keep smiling!! :)

Being Irish myself it would be a crime not to join this one! :) I am 30 years old, 5'6", live in Donaghadee, County Down in Northern Ireland and would love to join this group to lose 20lbs by Paddy's Day!

Hi, I've no idea how to add people on this thing, so please feel free to add me. I'm 30 years old, 5'6" and am also aiming to lose around 20lbs. :)

Ooh yes please! :) I am also aiming to be able to wear a bikini with pride this summer! Start: 140 Goal: 120 - In honesty, I actually do not care in the slightest what the scales say as long as I'm happy with how I look. Let' s do this thing! :)
-
I also need help and friends! :) Feel free to add me people!

Oh no, I have absolutely no excuses there, I am merely a step-mum, never given birth so have no excuses when it comes to that. :( Couldn't agree more about the sugar though - I am a firm believer that sugar is worse than fat when it comes to being healthy. I try my best to avoid it at all costs.

I really feel for you here, the same thing has happened to me. Due to a change in circumstances I'm no longer able to get to the gym (kiddies to look after now) and my weight training has become non-existent. On the scales I've lost weight, but I've lost muscle mass and gained fat, therefore look worse than I did when I…

Well, isn't it an encouragement just to know we're not alone in our struggles?! Lovely to read all your posts, motivation is always the hardest thing to keep up, but I saw a fabulous post the other day that simply said: A year from now..... you'll wish you had started today. So, good luck to everyone who's starting again,…
