Don't drink Coffee, used to drink about 3 or 4 32oz fountain drinks a day, but now I am down to about 1 ever 2 or 3 days. Working on stopping completely.

I have recently quit drinking soda's and drinking pretty much nothing but water, but I have noticed my bathroom trips slowing down since I first started drinking more water. I would think that it could hurt you in any way, might get a little bloated.
