Thanks! Sounds like I need to increase my exercise. I've been going to the gym probably 4-5 days. And decreasing bread would be good for me. I haven't really thought of that or watched as closely as maybe I should be. Thanks again!

Do you have PCOS? If so, can you tell me what your diet consisted of? Did you just watch only calorie intake..? Or did you avoid certain types of foods? I've always had the same problem... not staying motivated. I have a couple of friends from work that lost a lot of weight and they told me about MFP and all the support they receive.. so here I am! Add me and we can help support each other stay motivated!
