  • I do zumba atleast once a week-I think the calories you burn depends. For me, as I've gotten the moves better I can burn more calories, I know jazzercise which is less intense burns under 300.   • a good substitute is "No Pudge Fudge" brownie mix from Trader Joes with a cup of vamilla non fat or lowfat yogurt. It's rich and heavenly and low cal! :)

  • i know it! Don't get discouraged. I always have sweets every day...a strip of dark chocolate...but I have to limit it. BUT knwo you can lose weight eating sweets most days. I've been learning to GENTLY wean myself off of eating dessert everyday. I know though I am just a sweets person and will need to eat some most days!

  • All the best! I just started this week and I'm surprised how much I'm liking this. It's keep me on track and is a lot less expensive than programs. WE usually know what we need to do it's just the follow thru that's hard. Hope this helps you! Ren from Seattle
