Biggest Loser has their own line of fitness gear such as heart rate monitors. I don't remember what they call theirs, but you could probably just google "Biggest Loser HRM" and get what you were looking for.

I'm the same way. My family never bought soda but whenever I went to a relatives I would down can after can. Now that I've become accustomed to water, whenever I have a sip of a carbonated beverage it feels really weird, and actually somewhat difficult to swallow.

I feel there is more leeway when you're running on roads. Rather than having a set pace for 20 or however many minutes you're on the treadmill, you can slow down if need be or speed up if you feel you're going too slow. MFP tracks ALL sugar intake, and because I like fruit, 2 pieces has me over. You just have to worry about the white processed sugars, so I just try my best to stay away from that stuff.

definitely Greek Yogurt, tons of brands, but my personal favorites are Chobani, they ahve tons of flavors, my favorites are Apple Cinamon and Pomegranate - Light butter popcorn- the brand I get is only 75 calories for the ENTIRE bag! - Tons of fruit, banana's, pears, oranges -Spinach

I don't think there's necessarily a limit. Just remember- protein still has calories and unneeded calories can still make you gain weight. But I've been told I need about 100 grams a day, and I try to reach that, but it's not always so.

Depends on the week but I take off 1 or 2 days. Fridays are a MUST and somedays I'll take Saturday "off" also. However I'm a cleaner at my gym and I walk around for almost 5 hours. On Friday's however, I do absolutely nothing.

There's definitely a difference, you can tell that your stomach is getting smaller, less of a roll. I used EVOO, Clover Honey, Garlic, and Spicy Brown Mustard for a healthy, mayo-less dressing. Deff delicious!! Mix and maybe include onions and peppers and you're good to go!

I think thats one con about MFP, your only supposed to worry about processed sugars, but it counts any sugar that is in food. Don't worry, I tend not to worry about my sugar.

I'm not sure how accurate this is, but normally I say one serving is about a cup. I know some pastas such as penne or ziti say about 2/3 of a cup dry, and those are about 4/3 of a cup when cooked. I would actually like to know the answer of this too.

The past week I've been eating a cup of Multigrain Cheerios and 1/2 a grapefruit. I feel full and you get a varied flavor.

It depends on where I'm running. On the treadmill I do because you end up getting a pace because the belt is constantly moving at the same speed. When I'm outdoors I go without my iPod because I force myself to listen to my breathing pattern to pick the best pace for me that I'm not dying.

I totally agree with you! Although I applaud those who join aspiring to live a healthier life, I feel like everyone is panicking trying to get their regular machines. Just give it a couple weeks, and your gym will go back to a more managable crowd.

Was lifting yesterday and I normally don't do a bench press, but decided to try to do one. Didn't think that the bar itself had any weight and after a couple of reps slowly rested and realized I couldn't get the bar off my chest. It didn't help that I was dying of laughter while this happened.

I actually just started using la creme creamer ( I'm not sure who makes it) and its all natural creamer, and its only 5g of sugar in a one table spoon serving and 40 calories. it tastes really good too!
