I have tried but never completed 30DS. I did the workouts at 205ish and they're not super bad. You'll breathe heavy, maybe need a break in between, you'll sweat and you might have to push yourself but you can do it!

I find the more I drink tea, the more I like it. I think it can be an acquired taste for some? I used to drink a lot of coffee but I'm more prone to a plain green tea now.

Tazo Orange Blossom Green Tea! Green tea with lemon is my go to everyday tea though :)

My big one is my stationary exercise bike and I try to incorporate some strength exercises like various types of push-ups (regular, wall, incline, etc.). Sometimes I throw in my DWTS workout DVD or a yoga or pilates DVD.

A nice collar bone, a flatter stomach, toned arms, no more love handles, slimmer thighs, thinner face and whatever other happy surprises come my way!
