  • 174.....as of Saturday.... What is killing me is all the stress - went to the gym everyday while I was home studying, but ended up being nervous about the whole thing, and consuming to much Soda( my life's biggest vice) and that erased any of the good that I did at the gym. Goal for this week - Limit soda intake to 1…

  • I wish i ran because i liked it. It is a struggle for me to run, i never enjoyed it even when i played sports in high school and college. I joined a bowling league as a sub yesterday, so this should be interesting. Not a very active sport but getting oout of the house and off the couch at night will be good. Looking into…

Easy chili - two packages of ground turkey(sub chicken or beef if you like), can of corn, can…

  • Yes they are definately challenging, but it was a good way to get my boyfirend and I to do something together, as even though we were on different weeks, we could still track things. I would recommend them! Good luck, the squats hurt quite a bit the first few times through
  • Crazy as it sounds - if you have a good cable tv set up - there are a bunch of things that are avialable on Demand for Free, they change them quite often but its definately something to look into. I also have a 40lb pup that i try to carry as much as possible, especially when i go upstairs and down stairs.

  • You can also use them in cakes, and cookies and whatever other things eggs go in, jsut make sure you read the exact amount equal to an egg, i am not sure if it differs by brands but its usually 1/4 cup = 1 egg. my only advice is make sure you spray the pan well, I find they stick more than regular eggs.
  • We like spicy in our house, so I usually, just take salt, pepper, garlic, onion and some hot peppers from the grocery store and mix in to taste. Sometimes we add ground red pepper(cayenne) if we dont have any peppers at home. I make Chili the same way, but add in Beans, corn, mushrooms, can(or 3 fresh) of diced…
  • If you are into Beer - MGD 64 which has 64 calories, is a decent light beer. Id also look into some of the drink that would have selter water(or tonic) and squeeze some fresh lemon or lime with a small amounts of alcohol. And have fun
  • That is bad, especially when they honestly dont think its a problem. At my gym, the worst offenders are the folks that chomp on gum with their mouths open gross! They dont even notice they are doing it because they have their ipods up so loud...
  • I have been dealing with wrist issues for a number of years from playing tennis. When you are lifting, look into the braces that are just support wraps around the wrist, also do more reps with a lower weight, especially if your wrist/forearm is not very strong. Any kind of wrist curls with little to no weight is really…
  • Hey, I'm new to the site, but I've been an athlete most of my life until post college. Here are some things that you can do at home that I personally dont mind doing, especially when I am waiting for laundry to finish, or in between chores: 1. If you have stairs, quick feet hitting two feet per stair, then walk down. 2.…
