  • I started adding a dash of cinnamon to my morning BPC. Really seems to help with the sugar cravings. Granted it's only been 3 days since I slipped & had 1/2 pce of cake, but I was still <50g carbs that day. My weight loss has been slow too. Just keep trying.   • I've been adding 2 eggs, 1 tbsp whipping cream, 1 tbsp coconut oil, & 1 tbsp butter to 1 c regular strength coffee for 3 days now. Is awesome drink, but today was so hungry I could've eaten anything I could get my hands on. Would increasing strength of coffee & amounts of cream & coconut oil help do you think? Why salt?

  • Did my 20. Still no paramedics, yippee! I'm going to try pointing my toes way out like dancer's plié. Supposed to be awesome for inner thighs, or so my flexible 20 yr old daughter informed me. Hopefully knee keeps holding up. (So far not noticing any knee pain at all).

  • Just finished first BPC with 2 eggs. Wow! Like the extra froth and couldn't even tell the eggs were there. Wouldn't all fit in magic bullet, tho, so had to mix it in 2 batches,lol.
  • Yeah, I'm up 1lb today, too. But thanks to you guys who have shared your ups & downs I am not (too) discouraged and will keep on going.

  • @GrannyMayOz I was able to stay at 14g, but obviously will only have 3 at a time (if I have any), the extra carbs aren't worth the little satisfaction. @sweetteadrinker2 they were Co-Op Gold raw natural & got my info from their nutrition label.
