LPR and low carb
Has anyone been diagnosed with LPR (laryngopharyngeal reflux - not GERD) and managed to stay low carb with the LPR dietary restrictions?

Egg fast?
I have decided to try an egg fast this week to try & break my stall of the past month and bad choices this weekend. Does anybody know if more than 1 BPC/day will wreck the plan? I still struggle with butter, but can tolerate it in my coffee. Also, will black coffee with each meal screw things up?

I thought I had read that nuts were good snacks for LCHF. So while working in yard today grabbed a cheese string & 1/3c raw natural almonds for energy. Nausea in morning

Am I doing something wrong?
I put all my data into the system and said my goals were to lose 2 lbs. per week. The program then told me to keep to 1200 calories per day and in 5 weeks I will have lost 2.7 lbs. That doesn't really seem quite right. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, sk8kate
