I would say eat more. 13lbs in one month is amazing. I make baked oatmeal for that very reason. I fill it with yummy goodies like almonds, diced apples and pears, currants, flax meal...etc. google some recipes. You can bake it in jumbo muffin tins for perfect portions and then freeze extras.

I would try coconut palm sugar in place of sugar, honey or agave in place of syrup, choose your nuts wisely and maybe mix them up a bit, instead of butter use coconut oil.
