i love the microwave option and I don't stir mine every 20 seconds. Leaving it alone is the perfect size to then place on a piece of whole wheat bread or muffin. Just be careful because it blows up to look like a huge balloon in the microwave!

You have to get to that breaking point... and you'll know when you're there. I finally did, thanks to katlou2 (my sister) and it's helping so far. I'm just starting so welcome fellow newbie!
