  • I recently bought a HydraCoach water bottle. According to my weight I'm suppose to drink almost 3 liters of water. And let me tell you what!! THAT'S A LOT OF WATER!!!!!!   • For every ten pounds I take off I do something for myself. Either get my hair cut or whats funny is I will also go to the gym an extra time. Getting closer to getting my hair cut!!!!
