plie squats! anything that really makes those inner thighs burn, go low and hold for a couple of seconds and then really squeeze at the top of the movement too. Good luck... I'm so jealous you're going on a cruise!

I agree, you are awesome for just getting in there and smashing out a workout! I have no doubts what so ever that you will be not only lifting that bar soon, but it wont be long before you've got weights on the end of it!! You go girl :)

how funny.... I own 6 different brands of running shoes... expensive pairs, and everything still hurts. I now run half marathons and am planning to do a full marathon, but even a 5k sometimes sends my shins into hideous spasms to the point where I can barely walk. I can only suggest lots of stretching, knee and shin…

hun, that fear was one of the reasons I never seriously lost weight before. Now I am 42 years old and wish I had done it while I was younger and my skin had a better chance at bouncing back. Nothing gets rid of stretch marks... it is torn skin. You have to accept that and be ok with it. I have decided to stop worrying…

Hi there, Definately add in the protein shake, hell add in 2 per day. I am on almost 200g protein a day, I am very active and lift weights, but protein seriously is your friend. Don't be afraid to 'eat too much' MFP sets their protein really low. It won't make you put on weight if you aren't overeating in general. Go for…
