  • bahahaaha!!! I love it! I wish I had the guts to say that when people get on my last nerve! Good for you!
  • this is where pre planning saves the day. I cook all my meals for the coming week on the weekend, which actually doesn't take me very long, and I never have to give a second thought to what I am going to eat during the week. I love it, and it has saved me time and time again! Life gets too busy to be cooking and preparing…
  • I always log my exercise cals.... I just never EAT my exercise cals.
  • without meaning to be harsh.... ^^^ this is the whole truth of the matter. You don't need to go to the gym, you can set up your house with the things you need. You've got health reasons, but sometimes that doesn't actually motivate.... find an eating plan on the web, as much unprocessed food as you can, low sugar, low…
  • I took a pic of me today and made a collage.. which is now my profile pic. The first one was me in march, doing the Tough Bloke challenge. The second was in April, the third in May.... In 3 weeks I have lost 14.5cm and I cant believe how much I've changed.... far from done, I hope I am never done, as far as the fitness and…

  • Hi  I don't add salt to anything anymore. I'd also get rid of the canned veggies... they are loaded with salt and the salt leaches out al the vitamins. Fresh or frozen is best. The only real way to avoid the sodium creeping up is not to eat anything processed. Sad but true!
  • feel free to add me. I have done a few obstacle runs, and I also do a lot of fun runs, I have some half marathons coming up. Lets motivate each other
  • feel free to add me.... I am very motivated to reach my goals, and help others reach theirs.
  • feel free to add me, I am very motivated to reach my goals.
  • get out a measuring tape.... right now! My scales haven't moved, it was doing my head in. My daughter measured me today, 3 weeks after the last time..... 14.5cm from all over. I couldn't believe it. The scales are rubbish, and they ruin your day. I am only going to be weighing once a month now. And I know you don't wanna…
  • first thing.... don't stress! You didn't go over by much. If you are gonna get worked up about it, you are going to feel awful about yourself. It happened as it is going to sometimes, its not a big deal. You didn't go crazy and eat the whole house. Tomorrow is a new day, don't ever cut back on cals the next day to make up…
  • snacks are a nightmare, which is why I got rid of em! Eat clean, lift weights, get some cardio and keep your eyes on the prize..... You can do it!!
  • to be honest you've overthought this! If you are saying you could comfortably lose another 10lbs, then how would you look like a shrivelled husk of a person? Stop putting so much thought into the end result, maybe stop hanging around the crypt keeper and scaring yourself! One day at a time my love.... that's all any of us…
  • bahahaahaa!!!
  • I don't think you are 'retaining' water.. you just said what the problem is... you are drinking a huge amount of water then weighing yourself. DOH! of course you are going to weigh heavier..... Whatcha weighing yourself so much for anyway? Do it in the morning and don't torture yourself with the scales again that day!
  • 60 minutes of walking when you're not used to it??? BOOOOOOOORRRRRRRIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!! that's snoresville! There are about a billion and one different exercise dvds, a zillion different sports, and then there are exercise classes... so many in fact you could try a new one every day and see what you like.…
  • feel free to add me, I am interested in anyone who has a goal, who is funny and focused, and human
  • I am absolutely awesome!!!! First of all, just because. Secondly because I've become so tuned in to what I am here for and where I am going that I cant be stopped. And that my friends.... is AWESOME!!!! RAWR!!!!!!
  • awesome, and true!!!!
  • I am a runner, I run between 5 and 10km regularly and have 3 half marathons coming up in the next few months. Its the most challenging thing I've ever done... its a mental game. I'm a single mum of 4.
  • God I just wanna punch her in the face! And then do it again for good measure... You know how you fix this little problem? You plan your meals, you know exactly what you are eating when, you plan your exercise and you treat it like an appointment you cant break. You don't say a word about it at work, you just get on with…
  • It depends what your goals are. You know what is tedious?? Being fat and unfit. I would rather log every day, not eat any **** and exercise like a maniac than go back to being the girl who could barely walk down the street without whinging and complaining and feeling like I was going to die, having no clothes to wear that…
  • All this tells me, is that like most women, you hate how you look, so instead of feeling special and adored, you must convince him you're not that great. Take the compliments, take the adoration and the love. There are people in this world with none of the above who would die to have a man worship them like this. Now that…
  • I don't have any 'cheat' meals... I don't see the point. I spent all my life stuffing my face and who did it cheat? Myself. I feel like we need to learn to live around food and If you end up going out for dinner once in a while and decide to have dessert, awesome. I just think we need to relax around food instead of…
  • muscle freakin rules!!!!! Women are so scared of it but it takes up less space than fat! You're doing a great job!
  • I think you are losing motivation, because as it happens with a lot of people you are bored out of your brain. Switch it up, theres a million and one exercise programs and just because everyone is obsessed with Insanity at the moment, it certainly doesn't make you a failure if you do that one day a week and do other stuff…
  • Hi! I have been on here for ages, I've lost 27kg all up, but its been the last 3 weeks where I've really stuck to a strict diet plan and exercise program that I've seen huge results!
  • I think distance is way more important than speed. Too many people when they start out get obsessed with the fact they are 'too slow' and make things so damn hard for themselves, they are so out of breath they literally can never make the distance. I say the main priority is to just do what I call the truffle shuffle, this…
