  • I used to get headaches and neck aches all the time after exercising. As I got fitter, these disappeared. I honestly think its from strain as you arent used to exercising. Just keep at it! It will get better, but no harm checking out your blood pressure etc.

  • Running is very hard on the body, and when you first start out, everything hurts. I would wait a week to let any inflammation in the knee go down. Make sure you have decent shoes, but not everything is caused by the shoes etc, when we arent used running, it takes ages for the body to work out what its supposed to be doing.…

  • fantastic!!! that's so great. I had one of those moments today when I was doing an exercise in my gym class and was slightly bending over and actually saw a dip between my *kitten* and my hamstring... sounds stupid but that was like.... OMG I've got a separate leg and *kitten*. lol

  • Hi, Do you drink lots of water? Eat plenty of fresh veggies? These things help to flush out excess fluid. Try to make sure you are eating fresh food you prepare yourself over processed food and see if it helps. What about exercise?
