I binged on almond butter last month. Must have had at least 5 or 6 tablespoons in one sitting. It doesn't help that almond butter's so calorie dense :(

Me: 1 LNS: 0 Last night was a STRUGGLE! Even though I wasn't hungry at all last night, I couldn't stop thinking about food, but I somehow pulled through :) Just gotta keep my mind occupied and my body away from the kitchen.

I'm an apple. My stomach is huge compared to the rest of my body, and the belly overhang is not a pretty sight. Having a small waist is definitely one of my goals =)

I wish I found this thread earlier! I tend to stick to my calorie goals all day until evening/night time comes around... so I definitely need to stop with late night snacking. My cut off time's going to be 7:30PM. Looking forward to checking back in here later!
