I think 105lbs is fine goal weight since you're Asian. We tend to have a smaller body frame compared to other ethnicities, so lower weights look fine on us, while the same weight might look too thin on somebody with a larger body frame.

Lose 5lbs Exercise 6 times a week To get through the month without falling off the diet wagon... I'm good with keeping up with exercising, but when it comes to dieting, I have a bad habit of screwing it up every 2 or 3 weeks and it usually takes me a week to get back on track. Breakfast and lunch are usually the same every day for me during the week. I'll have something different on the weekend (if I'm not feeling lazy, that is haha). Dinners are usually different unless I'm having leftovers.
