Hello Folks! I am a 62 year old who has recently retired and hit the road with my DH to full time RV. I want to take a personal journey as we take our RV journey. My goal is to lose 60 lbs and it just seems overwhelming. I am happy to find a group that is for the 60+ members! I think our journey might be a bit different…

Walking is a simple and inexpensive way to get active. Even in the cold...bundle up and get out there......a little more every week....before you know it you will look forward to it. You can walk in the mall...you can walk in the neighborhood....you can walk in the park......if you don't have some sort of device to count…

PLEASE HELP!! I am not the only one out there with problem. I know that MFP can see my fitbit as I can see my counts in the reports section. How in the heck do I get MFP to adjust my calories as it used to do...up till about a week ago.....HELP HELP HELP....I am not too proud to beg!

so frustrating! When they are working together I really feel like I am in charge!

I am trying to find "more" but cannot find it.....where would I look? my connection has been lost all week despite multiple daily attempts to reconnect.

guess that did it.....I have not been able to link my fitbit one and my fitness pal account for about three days....anyone else having this problem?

I also have a fitbit one and wear it on my bra. I did have a WW tracker but they discontinued their version and fitbit works with WW.....also works with MFP....easy setup. Don't think it is waterproof but like the previous reply it has survivied the washing maching...lol

I have it.....tape your feet...if you do not know how look on you tube...they have several different ways to do it...pick the one that work the bet for you.....taping has made a world of difference. Shoes do make a difference....pricey but wonderful.....Avia gels....$100 or more.......what a dream.....cushy cushy…

I totally understand your situation...do not rush into any major changes....the folks giving you feedback are not experts and you have to decide what is best for you and your children. caramelgyrlk aid it best below.........
