Thanks, great, easy to understand advice. I've been confused by the "experts" here saying as you get closer to your goal weight and have fewer lbs to lose, you must increase your calories. The opposite should be true, as you have stated in your post.

I'm currently 144 but hope to get between 125 and 130. It is going so slow ( half pound a week) but i realize that that is ok and that I actually like to count calories.
