  • as they've said, unfortunately you can't really get rid of them. They will fade over time, I have a lot of them from fluctuating weight and some you can hardly even tell they're there. Can try using some kinds of stretch mark creams but definitely at least try some kind of lotions or something to keep your skin moisturized…
  • I'm a college student too graduating in August and looking to lose weight by graduation. Granted I have a lot more to lose  but support is support lol I'll add you and anyone else that wants to add me is more than welcome to.
  • I've heard C4 is good but I've been looking into the FitMiss products a lot lately. Heard some good stuff from people about their preworkout, protein powders, and even the Burn (I think) supplement things.
  • Pass. Not really my type but I'm sure you're great
  • //fitbit.com/user/2DZ39X Add away
  • I'm in University now and I understand the struggle. Luckily I have my own place and can make my own meals. Does your campus have a healthier meal hall? There's one at mine that does strictly healthier option foods and I know a lot of people love it but I'm not sure if that's common in a lot of schools. Feel free to friend…
  • Have you tried checking out some of the local stores? I found some of the boyshort type ones that are specifically for working out at walmart a while ago and they're actually quite comfortable and inexpensive and I think Target may have some too. I've also seen a few different kinds occasionally at Ross and TJ Maxx. It's…
  • This is all so very true. I thought about it after I posted the question :) I know all too well that things don't always look the same as you think they will, I have to try on everything before I buy it because over half of it never really works out. Just got so excited about the prospect and we had sooo many cute dresses…
  • As many others have said, the calories would be minimal so I wouldn't worry about it. Many fruits and veggies and even mint are great in water and you do get some vitamins and nutrients from using them in your water. Just make sure to change them out at least each day if not more (I can't remember the exact amount of time)…
  • 10 for my fellow whovian! LOVE that dress!
  • Hey! Don't worry, I've done the on again off again thing a few times. At least you managed to pick it back up, and that's what counts! :) I tend to do a lot of yoga, some cardio stuff and videos on youtube from blogilates and the toneitup girls cause I have a crazy hectic life right now and they're good to do on a time…
  • if you have a problem, portion out your "cheat meal" and then only eat that or try not to keep those kinds of bad things in your house and you won't be tempted. If your problem is sweets or chocolate find a good alternative, I keep all natural fruit snacks or brookstones dark chocolate covered pomegranate for those…
  • Excellent idea! I am pro when it comes to falling off the wagon then scrambling back up again. You have it right though, start small, stick with goals that are able to be accomplished and if you do start to slide a bit, figure out why and how you can change it. I'll be sure to add you if you need a positive kick…
  • That I got out of bed and made it to school lol albeit not on time but hey, we can't have everything
  • smoked turkey and avocado panini.. mmmmm this is making me hungry
  • Recorded: once a week. And you're only supposed to look straight ahead so the scale doesn't get a wrong reading by you leaning forward to look at it till it's done calculating. I do still check it several times during the week just to see how much it fluctuates but you really shouldn't check it every day because of the…
  • Tampa, FL!
  • I've only ever taken pills and no real problems with it. No crazy side affects or anything but it does really depend on the person. I was using some crazy i don't even know pills at first and my second doctor was like "oh well if you can take those no problem you can take anything" so that may just be me. But I had ortho…
  • I've made one using fresh baby spinach, kale, apple juice, lemon juice, and frozen bananas. Not sure exactly how much to put in (I just kind of wing it) but it was absolutely delicious!
  • SW: 248 ( Just did a reset this morning after eating a little bit so maybe that will help :) ) CW: 248 GW: 240 Weigh in Dates: 10/1: 248 10/8 10/15 10/22 10/28 End of Month (or whatever weigh in days you use) Total weight lost: Just for fun: What is your favorite Pumpkin recipe that will help reduce temptations for non…
  • No judging. Everyone has their moments (and a glass of wine is not one of them.. isn't red wine good for you anyway?) and besides, the only way to reach success is to have your cheat days and allow yourself those little moments of splurging happiness or you'll just fail. Kudos to you for ditching that trainer and doing…
  • Anyone that wants to can be free to add me as well! I just reset my scale and am taking this week to set out a plan of when to exercise so I can quit making the excuses of "I don't have time". My progress yo-yos and I'm tired of it. It's time to make this change, one small step at a time! We can do it! :)
  • I've fallen off that bandwagon a few times and had to run to catch up with it a few times now. Stick to it this time! Woo!
  • Ayo Technology, remix by Skyla is awesome. http://youtube.com/watch?v=lDYskJWtq1w Bulletproof by La Roux is always a good choice http://youtube.com/watch?v=Kk8eJh4i8Lo and Million Dollar Girl by Trina is my "can't help it, just gotta dance to it" song http://youtube.com/watch?v=LbXSQDl_ivE
  • Getting ready to get back into the swing of things myself as well. Anyone can add me, I try to be as motivational as possible :) Even if it doesn't always work out for me. We can do it!
  • I'm one of those people that has continuously falling off the wagon and scrambling back up again so I understand the problems facing you. Especially when you're trying to do better but the people around you don't seem to understand that. You can add me if you like :) I try to be as motivating as I can, even when I'm on my…
  • <~~~ my first and only one for right now. Have about 3 or 4 more planned and can't WAIT to get them but as some of them are for reaching a goal I have to make my goals and GW first. :) I'm on my phone so I can't post the pic here.
  • If you want something homemade I mix a packet of ranch dressing mix, some oil and garlic powder to a bag of oyster crackers and bake it for a bit OMG so yummy. Or some crispy baked parmesan garlic edemame. Want sweet and crunchy, bake your own apple chips with some cinnamon.
  • First, do NOT skip a meal. Maybe downsize or something on breakfast if that's something you want to work towards but don't ditch it altogether. If you find yourself mostly snacking at night try to find some healthy alternatives. I keep a bag of baby carrots in the fridge for that. Or some sugar snap peas, apples are good…
