I am at similar spot (lbs to lose and total lost so far). And yes, it is nice to say that it is every day working. - even when not perfect every day. Keep going!!

Make yourself a healthy snack option - who cares if you are the only one who eats it. You cannot change others but you CAN control yourself.

I found that I had to eat my exercise calories. If your net calories are under 1200/day, you will not lose.
