Day 4: No crunches, but I did drink and insane amount of water- I mean oh my cheesus I didn't know I could be that thirsty!

Week one day 1, 2, and 3. So far so good. I am getting around 5- 6 glasses of water daily I am slowly working my way up to 8, possibly more! Haven't done my 100 for the 3rd day, but still feeling the previous round-ouch!

So true!! I've been doing this since my first year of high school and that roughly 8 years ago. I do it all the time now! Like you said at first it can be really tough to suck it in and continue to breathe and do things normally, but in the end worth it:)

I believe that I started this journey at 277.0 and I am now 267.0. I was hoping that I would lose a lot more weight than 10 lbs, but that is a lot more than if I let it get to me and do absolutely nothing about it. I was hope to at least lose 25 lbs if not 30lbs.
