3/6 about 30 oz of water...I know that's bad. I just don't drink that much unless I remind myself to. 3/7 so far i've got 24oz in so not too bad. BFast mon-fri: Egg sandwich: egg white, reduced fat cheese and turkey sausage on english muffin with tobasco. abs: only done on Tuesdays and thursdays: P90X ab routine.

1. Did 100 crunches on thrusday and friday. 50 sit ups on saturaday and sunday. Sit ups kill me!! They are so freaking hard haha 2. For the pass couple of weeks I have been having meatless mondays! 3. More cardio!!

My goal for this week was 2000 calories! Wednesday: 767 calories P90X Plyo Thursday: Turbo jam 563 calories. I didn't really give up anything. I did try to give up diet soda, so let's go for that again!
