I think tattoos are pretty smexy;) I, myself, have 7 as of right now and like most people they all have specific meanings to me. Of course they make me feel better they're something beautiful on my body that i'll always have!

as a nutritional challenge I really want to log, log, log my food!I mean I do log it, but not often or when I think if I mentally calorie count that it's enough. Hmmm as a physical challenge i want to be able to do 10 push ups with no problem whatsoever, so I think that I am going to work on that and then go up from there:)

I didn't want to do cals burned because my heart monitor broke, but I guess that I could use myfitnesspal counter. Thursday: 58 minutes of plyo - 743 cals burned Friday-: 51 minutes of turbo jam- 676 cals burned Saturday and Sunday rest days!

11/5 and 11/6 got my squat on with 100 squats each day, but I only got in 50 today (11/7)
