Sorry I was MIA this weekend, but i did get in my 100 minutes challenge!! Friday: 58 minutes of plyo x 93 minutes of yoga x ( yoga counts right?) saturday: 31 minutes of turbo jam 20 minutes of abs Total: 202 minutes!

Wednesday: Had fried chicken:( but I did do well with my exercising got in roughly an hour of turbo jam and 15 minutes on legs

Tuesday- went out for dinner, but got some roasted chicken and veg so not too bad! 30 minutes of turbo jam:)

saturday: Forgot to log for Saturday and Sunday I am not quite used to that yet. anyway walked my dogs for 20 minutes and then did 15 minutes of arms. Sunday: None Monday: 54 minutes of Just Dance and 20 minutes of abs

I actually do log my food every day just not on myfitnesspal. I just don't seem to have the time, but I keep a food diary around me at all times so I can write what I eat even while I am out and about. Hey! Sorry I have been MIA on this thread this week has been a tough one with the non processed food side of it, but I did manage 2 breakfasts that were non processed!!! AND a 50% non processed dinner which is the hardest for me. So over all not bad, but I am still working on it. Now on to week 5!

Same here! For some reason on the weekend my brain goes bye bye and refuses to come back until Monday. Definitely going to try to get one whole meal tomorrow- I am thinking breakfast.

Oh man this non processed food part is going to be really tough. I mean I try every day to eat healthy, but it can be hard when you're on a budget you know? However, I am certainly going to try my best!

Thursday: 150 calories burned on stairs Friday: 462, but I had a couple of drinks/shots this evening so I am guessing it cancelled each other out:/

9/18 got in 5 glasses and a big thing of lemonade:/ but I did get in my 100 crunches plus a homemade circuit.

Whoa! Almost missed today, but I still have 30 minutes haha 9/17 125 crunches and 7 glasses of water and only one soda today and it was diet! Slowly working my way off it.
