I usually get in my 8 glasses of water a day and today I may get in 9 because of the workout I did today. The only think with drinking so much water is having to go the bathroom so much lol Hope we're all doing well with our drinking

Oh and I also completed 20 minutes of Turbo Jam this morning and took my doggies for a walk for the extra 10:) That was a fun extra 10 minutes- cold, but fun haha I think that I may also do 30DS today I've done one week of it, but I like my circuit better I feel like work harder with mine.

I agree this would be a great challenge hard (for me at least), but good. Also perhaps one week we could had more strength training? Not anything that necessarily needs weights-we can use our bodies- just start out with some simple moves and maybe get more intense?

I agree I love this group!! Also agree that this may be challenging because sometimes I only want to do my 20-30 minute workout haha but today I added an extra 10 min of dancing so instead of doing 20 minutes today I did 30:)...then an hour later did my circuit I created.

I don't get to watch it when it comes on - one tv in the house and I lose in the vote- so i wait to watch it online so I don't really do any workout during the show....or at least I didn't that will be my new goal and can add it as one of the extra 10 minute we need for the challenge;)

Oh this sounds so good! Not a fan of fish, but definitely going to try the greek yogurt dressing!! Last night I made Taco salads! Not exactly heathly, but I only ate about half. This morning i made egg white and spinach scramble and threw into a low cal tortilla- less than 200 cal and it was yummy!

I used to find it so challenging to drink 8 cups of water a day, but now that I am eating healthier (and have cut back on the soda- only diet once in a while) I find it easier to get in my 8 cups or more for most of the week. Just finished doing the mini challenge for the first time. I turned the whole thing into a circuit by throwing in some cardio and abs...I almost passed out!!! Great workout and I learned that I should eat before doing it haha

I believe that it's 20 jumping jacks. I just do 30 seconds of jumping jacks which almost 30, 3 X a week. Hope it helps a bit.

Great mini challenge! Do you want to throw some ab workouts in there? Like crunchy frogs, reverse crunches and regular crunches? You can make it like circuit training. 3 minute of strength(^^anything above except Jumping Jacks) 2 minutes of cardio like Jumping Jacks, Butt kicks, jump rope or punches and a 1 minute of abs?…

Bump I love everyone's ideas! I don't snack much because all my snacks are so full of calories (hot cheetoes!) However I do love wheat thins and hummus sugar free jello and lite whipped cream string cheese cucumber with tapatio and lemon carrots and celery with peanut butter, hummus, or ranch just to name a few;)
