I'm a huge stress eater. What I do, is try to find things that are healthy to eat when I'm stressed. For example --- I love a nice bag of chips, and I could easily eat one when I'm stressed. So I've switched it to 100 calorie bag of popcorn. Ok maybe not the most healthy, but it makes me feel better, and is FAR better than…

For me it totally depends. I mean, I like it when my bf points out that I've had crappy food for a few days, as that is nice and constructive. And he knows me well. But for someone I have yet to trust to go lurking through my profile to tell me I suck at eating, I don't know if I'd appreciate it as much. Not to say someone…

I've done it... my biggest problerm with it is that I don't have a good place to do it. People at work laughed at me for doing it because I've never tried much before. I'm in ok shape, but they said its for those who are in great shape. I actually think, as long as you are ok with jumping and what not --- you can do it.…

I go roller blading with my dog... not sure how great that is for me, but she loves it!! Although I do go up hills for me! I do love skating though, so its basically the same thing. I rollerblade tonnes in the summer, and skate tonnes in the winter.

Again, weight is just a number. I wear more than I look - because that's me. Just because a book or website says you should be x weight for your height, doesn't mean its true. Go by how you feel and look, rather than a number. It's not work stressing over, when you are obviously looking great!!!

Can you count me in too

I find gin with water and lemon (or soda water) is good, and diet friendly. But its not sweet. I don't really like sweet... so I like that.

haha, is money an issue?? Realistically, I'd love a new pair of skates (mine are starting to rust). Other than that, i don't really need a thing. And pj's, because you can never get enough! If people in my family had endless money (or I did, and was buying myself christmas gifts), I would want a road bike and a 55-200mm…

Nice vid. I agree with you totally. I am not really good at weight training, but when I stick to it -- I trim and tone. And look great. I must get back to it!

This, 100%! I'd love both! Sadly, I'll never have the first one!

No thats great. I just haven't seem to figure out what works for me. I am also starving throughout the night. Its that 4am diet coke that gets me. lol. Or 4am Tim Hortons run. I've been trying to sleep on a later break, so that I don't just feel like eating for a straight hour. Oooh, also -- what are good "car" snacks. I…

I just started interval running... I do a light jog, with sprinting between. I am trying to do something new!

Oh great movie!!! And good call... I'm stealing those songs!

Congrats on almost being done! Yeah, for me, I think I've decided that I will just do things in between shifts. I don't necessarily work on a "busy" floor. It is very busy, but not alot of walking, as I only have one patient. Alot of standing and pivoting. And its mentally draining, so at the end of the day, there is NO…

I just did my brothers music for his wedding... and in turn, I think I just compiled my list of music for if I ever get married! Some of my fav (ok there are lots of my favs): You are the best thing - Ray LaMontagne (also a few other good songs) We are man and wife - Michelle Featherstone Rest of my Life - Michelle…

We all do... we all do! lol. I do agree that just because a doc says its fine, doesn't really mean a thing. I would never do this diet.

From a health stand point, I'd like to know what long term effects it has on your body. You will lose weight, no doubt. But not really a fan of these types of diets. I could never do them personally, and just from someone with a medical background, I think about the effects this has on your kidneys and gut. I have heard…

I rarely do. Its more expensive, and really, I could care less about it. I usually just buy from the farmers market in the area. So not necessarily organic, but support the local farms (plus its far cheaper than the grocery store). I am very thankful for an amazing market close by!

I think the biggest thing is day shifts. I'm usually really great at nights (I get better sleep during the day). But during the day, I would have to wake up at 4:15 am to get out for exercise. And when I get home around 8:45pm, with being on my feet all day, I don't really feel like doing anything. (Maybe I should just…

Your right... my goal is just to be on the negative side of things. And generally eat on the healthier side. Good thing I love fruit, veggies, salads and oatmeal!

I won't lie, I have actually accepted that I won't ever be the weight I'd ideally like. I can't be happy with restricting myself constantly (aka Christmas, holidays). And I am all about being happy. So I won't ever be crazy calorie counter. Just won't happen. Some days I'll be under, some I'll be over. But on the whole, I…

I've been trying some stuff at home with weights and bands. I don't actually have a gym membership (minus the one at my pool, but thats only 10$ a month), because I feel like I can do enough at home. lol. But the weights I just don't like --- but i know its how i'm going to trim down

I definitely think this is a big problem. Personally, its great to watch your eating, but to get to an obsessive point just isn't good for your mentality. People stress so much about it, it gets too much. Definitely need to find a balance between eating healthy, and living a stress free life!
