Interesting thread. I don't drink a lot. I have a water bottle on my desk at work and on my dresser at home, and a cup at the table, so I am sipping throughout the day, but not large amounts, certainly not as much as some of you would recommend. I do, however, eat lots of fruit and veggies, and my pee is as light or…

I know Celiacs who do react to McCanns. Of course, celiacs can react to oats even if they are pure. Just be careful and inform yourself.

Whoops, that's not enough water. Start with a cup and slowly add more until it forms a nice soft, slightly sticky ball. Easiest if you're using a mixer, but you can still do it by hand. Usually ends up between 2-3 cups water total. These keep well in the fridge without getting hard like rice tortillas, if you can keep them…

This is mine: 2 teaspoonsSalt 1/8 cupoil 1 cupLukewarm water 2 cupsbuckwheat flour 2 cupstapioca starch 2 tspxanthan gum that makes 24, so you might want to scale it down. Best way to roll them is between two layers of glad wrap.

Our regular quick dinners: - Tues - Pasta (make a nice sauce while you're boiling the pasta, add green salad and a veggie) - Wed - Taco salad (salad plus beans and chips) - Fri - Breakfast for dinner (this is not a quick one, but I make at least twice as many pancakes as I need so I have plenty for quick brekkies…

Beans, peas, lentils, quinoa, buckwheat, potatoes, tofu. I like lots of curry, chili, lentil soup, dips made with tofu, marinated tofu.

I make dinner when I get home, between 5:30 and 6:30. And I eat a snack around 10:00.

Vegetarian, grain free, dairy free, multiple allergies. So I cook from scratch and eat lots of fruits, veggies, and beans. Diary is open.

Nice job, Xena!

I can't tolerate grains, I don't eat low carb, and I have lost weight. My diary is open.

Yes, they bounce the signal and give you a "canyon effect".

Every so often, I go through and check what applications and websites are syncing with RunKeeper. Of course I earn points on Earndit, even though I can't very often use them, and level up on Fleetly and get badges on FourSquare. And have my FitBit connected. I really like CleverRun. Coachya looks interesting, but I haven't…

I prefer iSmoothRun over RunKeeper. It still logs to your RunKeeper account, and can even do a live RunKeeper feed. But it also includes better prompting than RunKeeper (you can set your target pace and it will tell you if you need to speed up), supports heart rate monitor if you have one (so you can set intervals for a…

I easily go up 5 lbs on my period. Hang in there. Remember this depression and obsessing over it is probably your period as well. You'll feel better in a few days.

I had a hard time getting up for work in the morning. I started to exercise during the day over a holiday, and started to get more energy and be more awake when I got up. We got a wii fit, and I started getting up a few minutes early to get a chance to play wii fit games without anyone hounding me and was actually waking…

The reason that you don't get hungry is because you are not eating enough. If you don't feed a baby enough, it will eventually stop crying and just conserve energy, and that's what your body is doing. You haven't fed your hunger baby, so it is shutting down all unnecessary energy expenditures and just trying to survive on…

The more I run (the whole month, not just period days), the less my period bothers me. It has been an amazing revelation. So *this* is what my body is supposed to work like. No more debilitating cramps, just some minor ones, no more haemorrhaging and thinking I'm going to end up in the hospital, no more periods that last…

I'm not an expert, and am not a long-term runner. But what I have heard and read from those who are, I would say no, it is way too early for you to start running every day. Our cardiovascular systems adjust to running much faster than our joints and ligaments, so we think we are ready to do more than we are. We think that…

Makes me throw up for three days. But it's nothing to do with my blood type!

Make sure those new shoes are well broken-in before the marathon!

How long have you been running? People tend to overestimate and increase their mileage too quickly. I run M-W-F-S, so I do run two consecutive days, but the rest of the time have a rest/cross-train day in between.
